Hyatt Regency Taoyuan International Airport Hotel

The room was well-appointed and offered with a bath, shower plus complementary water bottles. Had coffee & tea making facilities and fridges at our disposal.

Accommodation was big and top quality with amazingly attentive staff at the check-out. The restaurant was very nice for dinner, I tried light dishes. The beds were comfortable, view over the lake was fantastic.

The location of the hotel is great if you are looking for the airport area, it has free transportation in both directions and the buffet breakfast looks very complete. The prices are reasonable and the hotel staff is very friendly.

I found the staff very nice and helpful , and the airport runway view was superb, especially for a solo traveler like me who appreciates scenic walks. The AC was a bit of an issue as it wasn't cooling properly.

The free airport bus can also be used to get to the train in the city, leaving every 20 minutes. Very good !

Fast check-in with good English speaking staff, which is often not the case in Taiwan. Special requests were handled competently.

Great buffet, lots of accessories (iron, hair drier, flashlight), choices for pillows, wifi worked, quick shuttle, located near airport, clock was set and accurate, wakeup call was on the dot. Neat design of rooms. Lots of 3 prong outlests on desk wall

Stayed with friends and had a blast visiting the night market and the national park nearby. The location was perfect, just a short shuttle to the airport and super clean rooms. Staff were friendly and offered us an early check-in.

One downside was the bathroom layout. The glass walls were a bit uncomfortable while showering. It would be great if they improved privacy in that area.

Liked:: The Location, Very near the airport. Easy to get to with the airport shuttle every 20 minutes or so to pick us up. Shuttle also available for hotel to airport and hotel to HSR station. Buffet breakfast had quite a variety of foods. The indoor pool and gym area seemed very nice. The overall appearance of the lobby and hotel are very nice and were decorated for the holidays. They have an area for children to play near the check-in counter which was nice to keep them distracted for a few minutes while we checked in.

The carpets in the room were quite stained. Also, we had to get 2 rooms to accommodate our family of 5. 2 adults, 2 children and an infant. Normally we can all fit into a room with 2 queens but they only had 2 twins available.

Our flight was to arrive at Taoyuan airport very late in the evening and when I made the booking I requested an airport pick up. I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel called me while I am still overseas to confirm my flight details and the driver waited for us at Arrivals.

Everything was great, even though it was a very short stay (as most would expect of an airport hotel) but we enjoyed it. Only suggestion would be that if they could begin shuttle service slightly earlier in the morning for those who have very early flights to catch.

Delicious food--Chinese restaurant. Also quiet even though right next to airport.

Breakfast was good-don't miss the pastries. The staff promptly assisted with my inquiries and arranged a taxi for my early departure. Perfect for travelers needing quick access to the airport!
